The Preservation Society of Fall River offers free consultations to historic property owners as a way to provide advice for historically accurate work or overall planning.

With a recent $50,000 appropriation from the Community Preservation Act, the Preservation Society is in the process of creating preservation design guidelines to help guide the city’s local historic districts and serve as an educational resource for property owners and city officials alike.
